I'm sure we are going to trial (as opposed to reaching an agreement in mediation) Her residential schedule proposal is 72% of the time for her and 28% for me. Mine is 58% for her and 42% for me. The difference is in the school hours. Her work is night shifts and she sometimes volunteers at the school, and also has daytime off during the. I'm a 9-5 schedule with flex hours for two days after school (3pm) and alternating Friday afternoons through my weekend. Next question: I really want my weekend to extend to Monday morning. It allows me a 3 night run twice a month. She is claiming that the are "off" when they get transferred to her in the morning.
